We secure personal identifiers and medical profiles essential for combat safety. Your information is managed under strict encryption and is never traded.
02 BIOMETRIC SECURITY
To maintain facility integrity, 24/7 surveillance is active. Membership may require biometric authentication for access to restricted training zones.
03 NO RETURN POLICY
All transactions—memberships, gear, and training credits—are strictly final. Reng X does not process refunds, returns, or transfers under any circumstances.
04 MEDIA RELEASE
Active training may be recorded for operational branding. Members seeking exclusion must submit a formal written request upon enrollment.
05 YOUR RIGHTS
You reserve the right to access your recorded data profile or request deletion of non-essential records upon membership termination.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
01 ELIGIBILITY
You must be physically fit and free from any medical condition that prevents high-impact exercise. Reng X reserves the right to demand a medical clearance certificate at any time.
02 FIGHTER CODE
- Zero tolerance for unauthorized sparring.
- No street fighting or misuse of techniques outside the club.
- Hygiene is mandatory: Clean gear and trimmed nails at all times.
03 PAYMENTS & ACCESS
All Reng X fees are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. The trial class is free, but once a student joins — even for one day — the full fee becomes applicable and will not be returned, transferred, paused, or adjusted in both online and offline trainings.
04 LIABILITY WAIVER
Reng X, its coaches, and partners are not responsible for any lost belongings or physical injuries. You are responsible for your own safety and your choice of training partners.
05 TERMINATION
We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for any behavior deemed "dishonorable" or harmful to the club's reputation.
